Healthy Recipe — Roasted Chickpeas!

I made these roasted chickpeas, which are a super high-fiber, healthy, easy snack that any dancer can make.  Enjoy!


  • 1 can chickpeas
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Olive oil

Step 1: Rinse and strain the chickpeas and slightly dry with a paper towel.


Step 2: Toss chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil, garlic salt, sea salt, and cayenne pepper to taste.  Use a fork to carefully toss without breaking the chickpeas.

Step 3: Spread evenly on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


Step 4: Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 30-40 minutes.  Let cool briefly and then serve!
