Hello, everyone! It’s been a long time since I’ve made a post here, and even longer since I’ve personally updated you on my life. It’s been a crazy year or so for me, and it is my last year in high school and as a full-time ballet dancer.
After going through the rigorous process of applying to colleges over the summer and last fall, I was accepted to the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business! I will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis on marketing, and potentially a dual-degree with U of M’s School of Information. I am beyond excited to take what I have learned here on my blog a step further.
In the past this has been strictly a ballet-focused blog, and I will definitely want to continue commenting on the ballet-related issues, and introducing my ideas to the conversation. However, as I will cease to be a full-time ballet dancer after graduating high school this spring, I want to continue to share ideas that are relevant to my life as a college student and business major. Consequently, I imagine what I will present here will be a (hopefully) entertaining mixture of business, ballet, and personal content.
As college is, first and foremost, a journey, I want to keep an open mind so I can continue to use this blog as a means of expression. As I discover new interests, passions, and go through different experiences throughout college, I hope to take you all with me.
Having a way to share my story with an audience over so many years has been an immense learning experience, and I hope this transition goes smoothly!
