    Well, my #1 problem in ballet is: tight hips (so it affects the turnout) and extensions. Would you please help with this ?

    1. Hi Becca, thanks for leaving a comment! First of all, make sure you are doing regular abdominal workouts. I have a few good ones: Core Workout, Ab Workout, the first of these two circuit workouts.
